At Raising Stars Preschool®, every child plays a vital role in our daily early learning community. If your child will be away or arriving late, please notify us by our drop-off cut-off time of 9:30 AM. Keeping us informed before the morning begins helps us care for our facility and our group rhythms in four beautiful ways:
Supporting Your Preschool Community: We often have families within our circle who need an occasional care extension or a drop-in day due to unexpected scheduling changes. Because we maintain strict better-than-licensing ratios, these spaces only become available when another child is away. Reporting your absence early directly supports a fellow family in need!
Protecting the Morning Flow: Our morning research projects, exploration gatherings, and outdoor adventures kick off right after our 9:30 AM cut-off. Timely notification ensures late arrivals do not interrupt the focused "flow" of our students' deep learning.
Honoring Intentional Preparation: Our educators tailor loose parts and curate classroom spaces specifically for the children present each morning. Knowing who is attending allows our team to prepare materials with absolute intention.
Caring for Our Health Circle: If your little one is staying home to rest and recover from an illness, reporting it early helps us monitor active health trends and keep our entire preschool community safe and informed.
Thank you for partnering with us to keep our communication seamless, our mornings peaceful, and our community collaborative!
